This Privacy Policy explains how Inifresi Business Solutions LLC d/b/a Inifresi Bookkeeping (“Inifresi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through our website, appointment scheduling services, communications, and related business interactions.

Our public website contact form is intended for general inquiries only.

If sensitive documents or information are required, we will provide an appropriate secure method for submitting them.

If you schedule an appointment using Microsoft Bookings, information you provide through the scheduling process may be processed through Microsoft 365 systems.

We intentionally limit information requested through Microsoft Bookings and instruct customers not to submit sensitive financial, tax, banking, payroll, identity, authentication, or login information through the booking system.

5. Website Contact Form

Our website contact form is intended only for general business inquiries.

The form may collect:

  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Optional telephone number
  • General message

The contact form does not provide a file-upload function.

Contact-form messages are delivered through our authenticated business email system. We do not use Elementor’s routine local form-submission repository for these contact-form entries.

Microsoft for Microsoft 365, business email, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Teams, and related services.

Hostinger for website hosting, server operations, backups, and related technical infrastructure.

WordPress and Elementor for website content management and website functionality.

Other service providers may be used when reasonably necessary to support our business operations or provide contracted services.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to us, subject to their applicable agreements, privacy practices, and legal obligations.

We do not currently use cookies for behavioral advertising or marketing tracking.

Our website and service providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies when required for:

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may use security-related technologies when particular security controls or challenges are triggered.

Website Performance and Analytics
Inifresi Bookkeeping uses Cloudflare services to support website security, delivery, and performance measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect limited technical performance information, such as page-load timing and referral information, to help evaluate website performance and usage. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not track individual visitors across customers’ websites, and its performance beacon does not use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for analytics purposes. Cloudflare may separately use strictly necessary technologies to provide security and network services.

We do not sell personal information.
