A deeper or more complex file may require an extended diagnostic before cleanup can be quoted. Diagnostics provide analysis and recommendations only; they do not include corrections, reconciliation, cleanup, migration, payroll correction, tax filing, or ongoing bookkeeping.

Cleanup scope depends on the periods involved, account complexity, available records, and corrections needed. Tax-sensitive or compliance-sensitive matters may require coordination with a CPA, tax professional, payroll provider, or attorney.

For clean, current books that need consistent monthly maintenance and reporting.

Monthly packages have written limits for transactions, accounts, receipts, processors, and review frequency. Cleanup, active A/R or A/P administration, payroll administration, and other expanded support are not included unless specifically stated.

We do not prepare or file tax returns, provide tax or legal advice, perform audits or other assurance services, approve or release payments, sign checks, make final payroll decisions, perform collections, or make final business decisions for clients.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing their records and reports, maintaining appropriate internal controls, approving payments and payroll, meeting filing and payment obligations, and engaging qualified tax, payroll, legal, and other advisers when needed.

Services are governed by the signed proposal, engagement letter, and applicable service schedule. Additional or changed work requires written approval.
