Begin with a complimentary 30-minute New Client Consultation. We will discuss your business, the general condition of your books, and what you are looking for help with.
The purpose is to identify the likely next step—not to analyze your QuickBooks file during the call.
The consultation is a relaxed introductory conversation about your business, bookkeeping situation, goals, and service needs.
It does not include QuickBooks access, file analysis, identification or correction of bookkeeping errors, cleanup recommendations, tax guidance, payroll guidance, or other professional work.
A diagnostic is used when an existing QuickBooks file must be reviewed before cleanup, catch-up, repair, or monthly work can be priced responsibly.
Depending on the selected diagnostic, the review may identify bookkeeping issues, missing records, reconciliation problems, complexity flags, and the recommended service path.
The diagnostic provides analysis and recommendations. Corrections, reconciliation, cleanup, migration, payroll correction, tax filing, and ongoing bookkeeping require a separate written scope.
A diagnostic is required when an existing QuickBooks file is behind, unclear, unreconciled, or cannot be responsibly priced from the information available. A clearly defined, limited catch-up project may sometimes be scoped without a separate diagnostic. The number of months behind does not reveal the condition of the reconciliations, opening balances, loans, payment processors, payroll records, A/R, A/P, or historical changes.
Monthly packages are designed for clean, current books.
If your books are behind, unreconciled, incomplete, or contain unresolved prior-period problems, diagnostic and cleanup work may need to be completed before recurring monthly bookkeeping begins.
You will receive the appropriate proposal, engagement documents, service schedule, and payment requirements.
After those requirements are completed, Inifresi Bookkeeping will provide onboarding instructions, the approved secure method for exchanging records, and the next scheduled meeting or project step.
Inifresi Bookkeeping is primarily designed for service-based small businesses, independent professionals, consultants, agencies, and solo business owners using or preparing to use QuickBooks Online.
Every prospective engagement is reviewed for service fit, complexity, and available capacity.
Inventory, e-commerce, complex job costing, multi-entity activity, multi-state activity, Guam or territory matters, sales-tax or gross-receipts-tax issues, payroll-tax problems, prior-filed-year changes, broken integrations, and unreliable source records require individual review.
These matters may be custom-quoted, coordinated with another professional, referred, or declined.
No. Inifresi Bookkeeping is based in Georgetown, Texas and provides services remotely.
Businesses outside Texas may be considered, but multi-state, territory, or jurisdiction-sensitive matters require additional review and may need outside professional support.
QuickBooks Online is Inifresi’s primary bookkeeping platform.
If you do not yet have a QuickBooks file, the appropriate subscription and setup needs will be addressed during the setup process. Clients purchase and maintain their own QuickBooks and third-party subscriptions unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Data migration, conversion, historical imports, and payroll setup are separate services when required.
Potentially. An existing file normally requires a diagnostic to establish its condition, confirm the appropriate transition date, identify unresolved items, and determine whether cleanup is needed.
You remain responsible for coordinating the prior provider’s final work, retrieving your records, and removing former access when appropriate.
Inifresi Bookkeeping is an owner-led practice. Elizabeth serves as the primary client contact and remains directly involved in the engagement.
If qualified support is used in the future, it will be subject to appropriate confidentiality, access-control, security, and quality-review requirements.
Requirements depend on the service but may include QuickBooks accountant access, bank and credit-card statements, loan records, payment-processor reports, payroll-provider reports, invoices, bills, receipts, opening-balance support, business license for verification, and explanations for unusual transactions.
Complete access and records are required before delivery timelines begin.
No. The public website form and ordinary email are for general communications only.
Do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking information, payroll records, login credentials, authentication codes, or other sensitive financial or identity information through those channels. Inifresi Bookkeeping will provide an approved secure method when sensitive records are required.
The delivery target will be stated in your service schedule. Timing begins after all required records, access, approvals, and answers have been received.
Late or incomplete records, unanswered questions, software problems, or changes made after work begins may extend the delivery date or move the work to a later close cycle.
You remain responsible for:
Providing complete and timely records
Answering bookkeeping questions
Reviewing reports and identifying known errors or omissions
Approving material classifications
Approving and releasing payments
Making final payroll and employment decisions
Maintaining appropriate internal controls
Retaining original source documents
Meeting filing and payment obligations
Consulting qualified tax, payroll, legal, insurance, and other advisers when needed
Bookkeeping support does not transfer ownership of these responsibilities to Inifresi Bookkeeping.
Delivery dates may be extended, unsupported items may remain unresolved, or work may be moved to a later cycle.
Work may also be paused when required access, records, approvals, responses, or payment are missing. A pause/restart fee or revised quote may apply as stated in the engagement documents.
Packages include written limits for items such as transactions, accounts, receipts, processors, A/R, A/P, payroll records, and review frequency.
An occasional overage may result in an approved overage charge. If limits are exceeded repeatedly, a different package or custom scope may be required. Material additional work will not be performed without written approval.

Yes, when coordination is authorized by the client and included in the engagement.
Inifresi Bookkeeping may provide approved reports, bookkeeping notes, unresolved-item information, and other contracted handoff materials. Your CPA or tax professional remains responsible for tax positions, filings, elections, and tax advice.
Certain A/R, A/P, payroll-record, invoice, bill, and payment-preparation activities may be included in a separately approved service or add-on when specifically stated in writing.
Inifresi Bookkeeping does not perform collections, resolve customer or vendor disputes, approve or release payments, sign checks, make final payroll decisions, determine employee classifications or pay rates, or independently file payroll taxes.
Payroll administration requires a separate written scope and specific client approval.
Bookkeeping access is limited to the level required for the contracted services.
Inifresi Bookkeeping does not approve or release payments, sign checks, authorize bank transfers, or make final financial decisions for clients. When payment-preparation support is included, the client independently verifies and releases every payment.
Unless a service schedule states a different notice period, either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice.
One-time setup, diagnostic, and cleanup projects are subject to completed work, project commitments, cancellation terms, and applicable refund provisions in the signed engagement documents.
